These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and peri4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the peri4d website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at peri4d.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the peri4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the peri4d platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account. peri4d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following the publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the peri4d platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of a Restricted Territory or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of peri4d, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
6. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the peri4d platform, either voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by administrative action of peri4d.

Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each eligib le individual may hold only one (1) peri4d account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of aliases, proxy services, or VPN tools — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. peri4d relies on the accuracy of the information you provide; any misrepresentation, whether intentional or otherwise, may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. peri4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify peri4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. peri4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, peri4d requires all Members to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the previous 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of linked BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account).

peri4d aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being initiated may have the request cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance pending compliance.

3.4 Account Currency

All peri4d accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed in IDR within your account dashboard and are subject to change at peri4d's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

peri4d accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in IDR:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within two (2) to five (5) minutes of successful bank confirmation. peri4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments made on behalf of another individual. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. peri4d targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

peri4d does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which peri4d accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy its applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding real-money balance may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• peri4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-risk.
• Withdrawals initiated during Nyepi (Balinese Day of Silence) or other national public holidays may experience extended processing times due to bank operating restrictions.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

peri4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Unless otherwise specified, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Only real-money wagers placed with your main account balance count toward bonus wagering requirements, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagers on games with an RTP above 97% or on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal format) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

peri4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without assuming genuine wagering risk. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will have its bonus balance and any winnings derived from it forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account closure. peri4d's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 One Bonus Per Member

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each distinct bonus offer once only. Bonus entitlement is assessed per person, per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses claimed and the closure of all associated accounts.

Betting Rules & Game Terms

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the peri4d platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including event, market, odds, stake, and any handicap or spread — before confirming a wager. peri4d will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Member error.

peri4d offers betting markets including but not limited to: football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton (All England, Thomas & Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and live in-play markets are available subject to event availability.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• The bet was accepted in error due to a manifest technical fault or odds pricing error, subject to peri4d's sole determination.
• The event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular activity, as determined by the relevant sport's governing body or peri4d's integrity monitoring systems.

6.3 Togel & Lottery Markets

peri4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY. Draw results are sourced directly from the relevant official lottery operators. peri4d accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from delayed or erroneous results published by third-party result aggregators. All togel bets are settled using the official draw result published by the originating lottery operator.

6.4 Casino Games & RNG

All casino games — including slots, RNG table games, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. peri4d's game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, are subject to independent third-party audits to certify the fairness and accuracy of their RNG systems. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility ratings are accessible within each game's information panel.

Responsible Gaming

peri4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Members. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a mandatory minimum exclusion period of twelve (12) months. No re-activation requests will be considered before this period has elapsed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the peri4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating or operating a duplicate account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform outside of a standard browser or mobile interface.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward peri4d staff or other Members.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activities through or in connection with the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the peri4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of peri4d or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any peri4d content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated means.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without peri4d's express written permission.
• Use peri4d's trademarks, trade dress, or brand assets in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peri4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling stakes or winnings due to platform downtime, connectivity issues, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors in odds publication that are identified and corrected prior to event settlement.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by a sports governing body or lottery operator that affects the settlement of a wager.

In any event, peri4d's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your peri4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and your account balance must be withdrawn. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed within five (5) business days of a valid closure request. Self-exclusion closures are immediate and irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period.

11.2 Closure by peri4d

peri4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a non-zero balance, following a 30-day prior notice period.
• Receipt of a lawful order from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon closure for cause, peri4d may forfeit any balance remaining in the account where such forfeiture is justified by the nature of the breach. In all other cases, legitimate balances will be returned to the Member via the last verified payment method on record.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which peri4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English.

For the avoidance of doubt, peri4d does not represent, warrant, or imply that access to or use of its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country or territory of residence. By using peri4d, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

Amendments to These Terms

peri4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, peri4d will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the peri4d platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1. peri4d recommends that Members review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
